At Clear Protector products come with a lifetime replacement warranty. Our main focus is our customers; therefore, your concern is ours. Regardless of where you made your purchase, it is covered under our warranty for life. PRODUCTS PURCHASED USING PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES FROM WWW.CLEARPROTECTOR.COM ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Q: What does our lifetime warranty NOT cover?
A: Installation errors (i.e. bubbles, stretching) are not covered by the lifetime warranty. Feel free to watch our demo installation video on our homepage. In addition to installation errors, handset exchanges are NOT covered by the lifetime warranty.
Q: How can I exercise my lifetime warranty?
A: Please follow our simple instructions:
1. Contact us via email: Warranty@ClearProtector.com. Please include a scanned copy of your receipt in the email.
2. We will reply with specific instructions and an authorization code. The instructions include submitting a shipping and handling charge of $2.95 on our website.
3. We will ship your replacement. Upon receipt, be sure to ship back the damaged Clear Protector to:

How do I install Clear Protector on my device?

Clear Protector is a ricochet density film originally designed for the military. It is made of a soft core covered by a rigid outer layer. This two layer design prevents scratches, chips, and scuffs. Since its inception, this material has been used successfully in applications ranging from aircraft design to NASCAR.
Is Clear Protector visible once it's applied?
Clear Protector was designed to NOT change the appearance of your device. Once applied, Clear Protector is virtually invisible!Does clear protector interfere with use of a touch screen?

Extended armor provides maximum front and back coverage and at times it covers the sides. Screen provides a maximum LCD protection. On flip phones, it covers interior and exterior screens.
How can screen protectors be safely cleaned and reapplied?
Simply clean it with Windex or other soft LCD cleaning solution. We advise not removing the protector to clean it, as installing it second time does not result in the clarity and adhesiveness given on the first installation.I was putting my protector on and noticed my thumbprint on the sticky part on one of the corners, what can I do to remove it ?
As suggested in our installation instructions, wash your hands thoroughly with gentle soap and water before installation. If you get finger prints on the film, please carefully peel up the corner and rub it with soapy water and it should come off. This needs to be done before the protector has dried, or you may experience the same re-installation problems described above.
Does Clear Protector reduce screen glare?
Yes it does.Does the Extended Armor include the Screen Armor?
Yes it does.Can your product be installed on a notebook screen? If so, does it effect the screen in the future, and can it be removed without damaging the screen?
We do not suggest installing a Clear Protector on a notebook screen. Water is used during the installation process, and although it is a minimal amount, damage could occur.Does the protector come with application spray?
The protector does require a soapy solution which is made of water and a drop of liquid soap. We choose not to include this for enviromental reasons as well as to keep our prices low.
